Quality Assurance Supervisor Location:
Norcross, GA (Relocation to Texas available for qualified candidates)

Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee central quality databases, manage our Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, track key performance metrics, and ensure strict compliance across all facilities, customer portals, and supplier networks.
Key Responsibilities Database & QA Analytics:
Maintain central product specifications, customer portals (Retail/Foodservice), and QA databases. Log, track, and analyze QA KPIs to generate actionable trend reports.
Document Control & Training:
Oversee the QMS document control module, facilitate system migrations, and roll out corporate policies across internal facilities, suppliers, and co-manufacturers. Train cross-functional teams on drafting compliant SOPs and operational forms.
Compliance & Audits:
Administer bi-annual FDA facility registrations, lead preparation for GFSI and plant audits, and coordinate routine mock recalls and traceability testing.
CAPA & Quality Assurance:
Drive Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) tracking for non-compliance issues across corporate and subsidiary sites. Verify that all incoming raw materials meet quality standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with QA leadership and Marketing teams on special technical studies, packaging updates, and new product initiatives.
Key Qualifications Experience:
Proven track record in QA, QMS management, or document control within the Food & Beverage manufacturing industry.
Regulatory Knowledge:
Solid understanding of GFSI standards (SQF/BRC), Gluten-Free certifications, and FDA regulations.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in database management, Excel reporting, data analysis, and root-cause analysis (CAPA).
Soft Skills:
Exceptional organizational ability and clear cross-departmental communication skills.

$59,000 - $64,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Ensuring that QA KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) are logged in the database. Review data to ensure that critical-to-quality attributes meets Ole requirements and create trends and reports based on data mining. Support and collaborate with special studies in cooperation with the Quality Assurance and Marketing Department. Ensure the Traceability Corporate Program is tested regularly at each facility and that all recall information is updated on a regular basis. Assist with corrective action completion and record-keeping for out-of- compliance conditions at corporate and all subsidiaries. Assist on GFSI and Gluten-Free Plants Audits, audit preparation and ensure the facilitation of required audit materials. Ensure that the QA shared database are organized, updated, and maintained regularly in a complete and organized manner. Facilitate and train team members on the creation and update of fundamental operational documents such as forms and procedures. Administer bi-annual FDA registrations for all Ole facilities. Maintain customer (retail and food service) documentation requirement up to date and complete. Maintain, administer, and update the Raw Materials and Finished Product Specifications Central Database. Maintain and update Document Control Module Systems and facilitate new module migration process.
