At-a-Glance:
Are you ready to build your career by joining a multi-national engineering services and product development company? If so, our client is hiring a QC Supervisor (Electrical).
Position Type:
Contract
On-Site Required:
Min 4 years' experience in Electrical, Instrument & Control inspections.
Prior site-based construction experience.
Familiarity with testing, commissioning, and startup activities for E&I systems.
Experience preparing and managing quality documentation, inspection records, and Client processes.
Strong site coordination and leadership skills.
Able to manager vendors.
Responsibilities:
Verify delivered electrical items against IFC drawings, SLDs, cable schedules, specifications, and vendor documents.
Check equipment location, mounting, cable routing, terminations, grounding, and installation interfaces.
Identify shipping damage, missing components, and design or installation deviations.
Raise inspection reports, punch items, and non-conformance reports.
Coordinate corrective actions with engineering, construction, commissioning, and quality teams.
Confirm electrical systems are ready for testing, energization, commissioning, and handover.
Supervise the activities of contractors.
Lead site inspectors and maintain inspection and completion records.
