Fort Knox, Kentucky Work arrangement: Full-time, onsite
Status:
Contingent upon contract award Axyde Analytics, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Manager for an anticipated U.S. Army Casualty Administrative Support Services contract at Fort Knox. The Quality Control Manager will establish and operate an independent quality program for high-consequence casualty administrative services.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the contract Quality Control Plan. Create task-specific checklists and inspection procedures. Conduct or oversee required reviews of critical products. Measure accuracy, timeliness, backlog, rework and recurring defects. Document findings, root causes, corrective actions and closure evidence. Report trends and emerging risks to program leadership. Verify compliance with privacy, security, records and training requirements. Support Government inspections and performance reviews. Prevent release of family-facing products until required reviews are complete.
Preferred qualifications:
Five or more years in quality assurance, compliance, audit or operational risk. Experience with federal service contracts and performance standards. Experience in casualty, benefits, personnel, financial or other high-consequence operations preferred. Strong analytical, documentation and corrective-action skills. Ability to perform independent reviews and communicate findings constructively. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain the required background investigation and Common Access Card. This position is contingent upon contract award. Final duties, compensation, qualifications and start date will depend upon the resulting solicitation and award.
