  • $25.00
  • $27.00 dollars per hour + 1 dollar shift premium Hours of Work
  • Monday to Friday
  • 6:00pm to 2:30am Summary of essential job functions
Quality System Management :
Oversee the creation, implementation, and enforcement of Quality Alerts to ensure immediate response to production variances.
Compliance & Auditing:
Conduct regular internal audits and ensure strict adherence to company standards and industry regulations.
Operational Excellence:
Lead the creation and enforcement of 5S standards to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace.
Product Integrity:
Supervise the inspection and testing of products to guarantee all customer specifications and quality benchmarks are met.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and address recurring quality issues; perform root-cause analysis and present detailed findings and corrective action plans to the management team.
Team Leadership:
Guide and mentor employees on company quality standards, ensuring a high level of competency across the floor.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive training records and quality logs to ensure audit readiness at all times.
Experience:
Proven experience in a Quality Supervisory or Lead role, preferably within the automotive or logistics industry

Technical Knowledge:
Deep understanding of quality control methodologies and industrial regulations

Leadership:
Strong ability to guide teams and enforce standards with a professional, solution-oriented approach
  • (Required 3-5 years)
Communication:
Excellent reporting skills, with the ability to communicate technical findings to executive management
  • (Required 3-5 years)
Preferred Certification:
Prior experience with
IATF 16949
standards is highly preferred and considered a significant plus
