Prepare control processes, write work instructions, establish acceptance standards and ensure documentation meets systems standards. Supervise all quality personnel and communicate with all levels of management. Interact directly with customers (surveys ,quality issues, corrective actions, etc) Act as team leader on all quality issues Knowledge of reading part prints Education and/or Experience Must have experience in the plastics field Associate's degree (A.A) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 3-5 years related experience and/or training.
