Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to lead our quality assurance and inspection initiatives across manufacturing operations. In this pivotal role, you will champion the implementation of robust quality systems, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive continuous improvement to uphold the highest product quality. Your leadership will foster a culture of excellence, precision, and accountability, ensuring that every product meets rigorous safety and quality benchmarks. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control policies aligned with industry standards such as
ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA
regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and other relevant frameworks. Lead and coordinate regular quality audits across manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Oversee quality inspection activities throughout production cycles, ensuring products meet specified standards before release. Manage the calibration and validation of testing equipment to guarantee accurate measurement and analysis results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues swiftly, utilizing root cause analysis and corrective action plans. Conduct training sessions for staff on quality systems, inspection techniques, and regulatory compliance to foster a culture of quality awareness. Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, audit findings, non-conformance issues, and improvement initiatives for senior management review. Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a strong background in quality control and assurance practices. Deep understanding of HACCP (hazard analysis critical control, CGMP (current good manufacturing practices), and
ISO 9001
standards. Demonstrated expertise in conducting quality audits and implementing effective corrective actions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends or issues promptly. Excellent project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Effective communication skills for training teams, reporting findings, and collaborating across departments. Relevant certifications in quality management or related fields are highly desirable. Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
