Quality Assurance Manager DeZURIK, Inc. life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, retirement plan United States, Minnesota, Clearwater Aug 17, 2026 DeZURIK is seeking a Manager of Quality Assurance to lead our Quality team and drive continuous improvement across a complex, high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment. This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll influence product quality, customer satisfaction, operational performance, and business results every day. As the leader of a team of Quality Engineers and Technicians, you'll oversee the quality management system, maintain
ISO 9001
compliance, lead corrective action initiatives, support supplier quality improvement efforts, and partner closely with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and leadership teams. You'll spend your time balancing shop-floor support, team leadership, quality planning, audits, metrics, and strategic improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving difficult problems and making decisions that have a meaningful business impact. While you'll celebrate successes, much of your focus will be on identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and driving improvements. You'll be looked to as a trusted leader who can navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and keep multiple initiatives moving forward in a fast-paced environment. During your first 30 days, you'll focus on building relationships, learning the business, understanding team dynamics, and identifying key opportunities. By 90 days, you'll be developing a roadmap to successfully finish 2026 and helping shape priorities and budget planning for 2027. We're looking for a strong communicator with experience in manufacturing quality systems, ISO standards, blueprint interpretation, Total Quality Management principles, and continuous improvement. A degree is preferred but not required. Most importantly, we're seeking a leader with exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate teams and drive results. DeZURIK offers a competitive base salary in the $98,221 to $122,776 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.
