Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting the production and safety teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • What's the Job?
  • + Oversee the site's quality department to ensure total product and package quality standards are met.

+ Manage food safety, quality cost control, safety protocols, and compliance with GMPs and other regulations.

+ Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of food safety and quality management systems, including SQF certification.

+ Coordinate daily quality inspections and ensure all products meet regulatory and company standards.

+ Supervise and develop the quality team, providing training, performance evaluations, and personnel management.

  • What's Needed?
  • + Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Quality, or a related discipline.

+ Minimum of 5 years of management experience in quality within a manufacturing environment, preferably in food or beverage industries.

+ Proficiency in laboratory data collection, SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

+ Knowledge of GFSI, FDA, HACCP, and other relevant standards and regulations.

+ Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to analyze data and lead teams effectively.
