You begin by reviewing quality performance metrics and internal audit findings, then partner with department leaders, project teams, and field operations to document, standardize, and improve business processes. Throughout the day you manage document control for policies, procedures, forms, templates, and work instructions; conduct internal audits; and lead corrective and preventive action efforts, including root cause analysis for nonconformances that impact the CIC Management System. You collaborate closely with leadership, engineering, construction, and manufacturing teams-and periodically with external auditors and vendors-making decisions that keep the organization aligned with

Demonstrated success implementing and managing a Quality Management System (QMS), including internal auditing, document control, corrective and preventive action management, and continuous improvement. Experience developing and maintaining SOPs, work instructions, process maps, forms, templates, and other controlled documentation. Experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives, driving organizational compliance, and supporting multi-location operations. Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems and

Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to evaluate performance data and communicate recommendations effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrated core competencies:
accountability and ownership, collaboration and teamwork, culture and safety, influential leadership and business acumen, and talent development and coaching.
