Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Manager in Mississippi. The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for leading the site Quality Management System (QMS). This role ensures products meet customer, regulatory, and industry standards through strategic planning, team leadership, process improvement, and effective collaboration across departments. Key Responsibilities Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the QMS to support consistent quality and regulatory compliance. Manage core quality tools including Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEAs, Control Plans, and related documentation. Drive risk-based thinking, preventive actions, and root cause analysis for issue resolution. Maintain accurate QMS documentation, records, and performance reporting. Support product and process validation, inspection methods, and supplier quality activities. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment using APQP or similar structured quality systems. Experience with ISO or equivalent auditing standards. OEM Experience a plus. Strong background in technical writing, procedure development, and quality documentation.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree or Associate degree with equivalent experience. Experience in metal fabrication, welding, or machining is a plus.
