You will manage daily inspection workflows, oversee inventory condition coding accuracy, and supervise team training. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary liaison for USDA inspections, optimizing inventory life cycles with buyers and sales, and driving proactive quality improvements across the warehouse. Safety & Facility Standards Enforce strict safety protocols, ensuring a clean work environment and immediate corrective action for unsafe behaviors or equipment operation.
