Job Description Lead and oversee all inspection and quality assurance activities within the facility Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring audit readiness and compliance Develop and track key quality metrics, driving improvements through data analysis Handle non-conformances and corrective actions using structured root cause methodologies Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to improve processes Conduct internal audits, system audits, and supplier evaluations Monitor supplier quality and implement corrective actions as needed Investigate customer complaints and implement preventative solutions Produce regular reports including performance trends and failure analysis Identify and implement initiatives focused on continuous improvement and cost reduction Lead, mentor, and develop the quality team Deliver training and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
