Oversee incoming product inspection, releases, and QIR system including customer return analysis.
Implement new test equipment and methods as necessary; support Quality Engineers on projects involving new materials, packaging, products, and processes.
Maintain QMS document records (SOP/SQP/SMS) and monitor plant adherence to policies and procedures through formal audits.
Provide required reports to internal customers and advise production managers of quality issues requiring attention.
Utilize statistical analysis to evaluate weaknesses and recommend preventive actions.
Perform plant troubleshooting, investigations, and automotive domestication efforts as required.

To oversee the daily operations of the Quality Lab including all quality testing, auditing, and inspection activities. As an integral part of the Quality team, this position will be challenged to assure and improve product quality through prevention.Specific Responsibilities:
