Temp-to-hire at $27-$30/hr plus a $1/hr shift differential, weekly pay, with conversion to direct hire. Responsibilities Supervise the 3rd shift Quality team: training, work assignments, attendance, performance reviews, and corrective action Direct inspection and testing of materials, facilities, and finished products; own material release and the sampling/retention program Investigate customer complaints and nonconformances; write deviation and out-of-spec reports and drive corrective actions Monitor the SQF plan and preventive controls; write SOPs and batch production procedures Oversee plant sanitation, support internal and third-party audits, and coordinate with Production and Warehouse What we offer Structured Scheduling - Commit to full-time shifts with reliable hours and consistent schedules.
