certification. Ensure total product integrity by providing leadership in establishing a common quality vision, a positive culture & structure and in continually improving processes. Lead and develop a team of Quality Engineers and Inspection Supervisor, overseeing both incoming material inspection and manufacturing (in-process/final) inspection functions, ensuring consistent application of quality standards across all inspection points. Provide clear direction, coaching, and performance management to build technical capability and drive accountability within the quality organization. Mentor and grow team members' skills, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Develop, implement and monitor all key quality metrics, systems, and procedures. Defines quality objectives and functional responsibilities. Develop and implement strategies to increase performance against identified KPI's, reduce the cost of poor Quality, and improve product performance.
