Job Description

Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Supervisor to lead our quality assurance efforts in a dynamic manufacturing environment. In this role, you will oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality systems, ensuring that all products meet rigorous standards and comply with industry regulations. The ideal candidate is passionate about quality control, possesses strong leadership skills, and has experience working with quality standards such as
HACCP, GMP, ISO
9001, and Six Sigma methodologies. Your contributions will be vital in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate quality audits to verify compliance with internal standards and external regulations such as FDA, ISO, and GMP. Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems aligned with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements. Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues using tools like GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and Six Sigma techniques to drive process improvements. Oversee quality inspection processes throughout production to ensure adherence to quality standards in manufacturing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with legal and safety standards. Train staff on quality protocols, GMP practices, HACCP procedures, and other regulatory compliance standards. Analyze data from quality control activities to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for lean management initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role with a focus on quality assurance or control. Strong knowledge of quality standards such as
ISO 9001, HACCP, CGMP
(Current Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA regulations, and Lean management principles. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering cross-functional communication. Familiarity with quality audit procedures, analysis skills, and implementing Six Sigma manufacturing techniques. Excellent understanding of regulatory/legal compliance standards relevant to manufacturing environments. Proficiency in using quality systems software and conducting detailed analysis for continuous improvement initiatives. Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing technology, or a related field is preferred; additional certifications like Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt are advantageous. Pay:
$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
