In this role, This role will be instrumental in upholding our high standards of safety, food safety and quality assurance through store and warehouse inspections, risk analysis, and daily quality management activities. Key Responsibilities Conduct random inspections of stores and warehouses to evaluate compliance with safety, food safety, and quality standards. Identify systemic risks, investigate root causes , and drive the resolution of non-conformance issues by developing and implementing corrective and preventive action plans. Monitor and track continuous improvement initiatives , promoting sustainable compliance and operational excellence. Collaborate with store management, operations, and training teams to implement control measures and address safety and food safety concerns. Provide training and guidance to store staff on best practices in safety, food safety, and quality management to ensure adherence to protocols. Collect and analyze store audit data , ensuring accuracy, and compile trend reports with actionable recommendations for management. Gather and evaluate data on safety incidents, food safety issues, and customer complaints. Develop analytical reports with key insights and recommendations for management. Monitor store operations to verify compliance with U.S. safety regulations and internal food safety and quality standards. Assist Senior QA Manager in developing, reviewing, and updating quality control procedures to align with both local and international standards. Support internal and external audits to verify compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Track and report KPIs related to safety, food safety, and quality to Senior Management, ensuring performance targets are met. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in safety, food safety, and quality management. Skills Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management systems within food industry, food enterprises or major chain restaurant brands. Prior experience in quality system audits and quality management in coffee, beverage, or large-scale catering enterprises preferred. Strong knowledge of U.S. food safety regulations and industry standards, with proficiency in FSSC 22000, BRC, SQF, HACCP, GMP, and related policies. Knowledge of EHS and OSHA standards is a plus .
