Job Description
About the Role We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator to lead quality systems and people across two die casting plants. In this hands-on leadership role, you will: Ensure consistent product quality Drive continuous improvement Directly supervise quality employees at both facilities If you enjoy solving quality challenges in die casting and want multi-site responsibility, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) at both plants Supervise, coach, and develop quality technicians and inspectors Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection of die-cast parts Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone) Track and improve key metrics (scrap, PPM, first-pass yield, customer complaints) Coordinate internal, customer, and third-party audits Partner with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues Maintain control plans, FMEAs, SPC, MSA, and inspection methods Support new product launches and
