High SchoolResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead a site-level QA team of 4 to 5 technicians, ensuring strict adherence to food safety, product standards, and regulatory requirements across daily manufacturing operations.

Duties:
Team Leadership & Oversight:
Direct daily activities for the QA staff, audit daily production line checks, and enforce facility-wide adherence to safety and sanitary protocols.
Regulatory Compliance & Documentation:
Manage
USDA/FDA
paperwork, oversee the Document Management Program, and uphold government recordkeeping standards.
Quality Control & Testing:
Conduct microbiological and analytical lab testing, perform product evaluations against established specifications, and collect retention samples for raw materials and finished goods.
Formulation & Spec Management:
Analyze product formulations, draft technical specifications, and write standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Sanitation & Safety Programs:
Oversee the Master Sanitation Schedule, enforce Allergen Management policies, maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and SSOPs, and assist with developing HACCP plans.
System Maintenance:
Maintain and continuously update the plant's Quality Management System (QMS) while analyzing quality data to drive operational improvements.
