About The Opportunity The Associate Quality Supervisor is an experienced quality professional who leads quality improvement efforts, compliance activities, investigations, and process optimization initiatives within assigned operations. This individual contributor role serves as a technical leader and trusted partner to Operations, Sales, Customer Service, EHS, and Project Management teams while driving quality performance, audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.Essential Job Functions:
- Apply regulatory and quality system knowledge to oversee quality processes, identify compliance risks, coach team members, and support regulatory compliance activities.
- Lead internal audits, support corrective action programs, and ensure audit findings are addressed effectively and timely.
- Support and/or lead complex investigations involving multiple processes, products, or operational concerns and validate root cause findings.
- Oversee data analysis activities to identify trends, risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop reports and dashboards that support quality improvements and operational decision-making.
- Integrate compliance requirements into operational processes and collaborate across functions to close compliance gaps.
- Support and/or lead investigations related to testing failures and validate testing methods and procedures.
- Implement improvements in testing processes, equipment utilization, and testing reliability while ensuring compliance with testing standards.
- Support Operations and Sales teams by implementing customer expectations and participating in customer discussions related to quality concerns and solutions.
- Plan, organize, and execute quality improvement projects that reduce risk, improve operational performance, and support business objectives.
- Align quality initiatives with cost, performance, customer, and operational objectives.
- Lead site-level continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives in partnership with CI teams.
- Ensure improvements are measured, standardized, sustained, and aligned with quality and business goals.
- Apply advanced manufacturing and safety knowledge to optimize workflows, equipment utilization, and operational processes.
- Champion safe work practices and support risk mitigation activities across projects and teams.
- Collaborate with Production, Operations, Project Management, Customer Service, EHS, and Sales to resolve issues and improve performance.
- Build and maintain effective supplier relationships and support supplier quality, performance, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Train and mentor peers while promoting quality best practices and professional development.
Education & Experience:
- Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree desired
- 4-6 years of quality, manufacturing, compliance, auditing, laboratory, or related experience preferred.
Technical Skills:
SAP, Fusion, QT9, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.Preferred Certifications:
ASQ, Internal Auditor, Lean, Continuous Improvement, OSHA, or related quality certifications preferred.Core Competencies:

Physical Requirements & Work Environmen t:- Primarily works in a production and/or warehouse setting with time also spent in an office setting
