Job Summary & Responsibilities Define and implement an effective software quality assurance strategy aligned with business and product goals in collaboration with program management and domain experts Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing SQA team Establish KPIs for quality, such as defect density, escape rate, and test coverage. Oversee the development and execution of functional, integration, system, and regression tests, as well as equipment interface testing. Lead the adoption of test automation frameworks (UI, API, and system-level). Establish CI/CD quality gates with automated testing pipelines. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical or science degree. 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with 3+ years in management or leadership roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in the semiconductor domain, including fab/manufacturing software systems and equipment integration Strong understanding of QA methodologies, software development lifecycle, test automation frameworks, and CI/CD tools. Familiarity with Semi
SECS/GEM
standards, database validation, and programming languages, such as C# or Python. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Compensation & Growth Base Salary Range:
$129,600.00 - $194,400.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.
