Spearhead and advance the QMS for our premium product range Manage certifications and compliance requirements Lead audits and drive continuous improvement Approve critical test reports Ensure excellence in customer-focused quality standards Mentor and develop QA team members Collaborate with cross-functional groups to enhance quality processes Act as the Management Representative for theQMS:
ensure compliance and integrity Report on QMS performance and improvements to leadership Promote a culture of safety and operational success Travel nationally and internationally as necessaryQualifications We're Seeking:
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a similar field At least 5 years' experience in a QA/QC management role within metals manufacturing Prefer experience with VAR and ESR remelted products Proficient in quality systems and compliance measures Strong organizational and communication skills Proactive in fostering teamwork and solutions Dedication to continuous improvement ideals Availability for travel as neededBenefits
