Job Description
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for leading and maintaining all food safety, quality assurance, sanitation, and regulatory compliance programs within the facility. This role ensures that products and services consistently meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of food safety and continuous improvement. The Quality Assurance Manager provides leadership for the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions by overseeing food safety systems, quality management programs, product testing, internal auditing activities, sanitation effectiveness, and employee development. This position serves as the Food Safety Team Leader and is responsible for validating and verifying compliance with HACCP, SQF/BRC, GMP, and other applicable food safety and quality standards. The role also supports operational excellence through implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and quality management systems At C.H. Guenther, we value transparency in compensation. T he salary range for this role is: $89,026.00 - $163,399.00 Actual compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. C.H.
