Key Responsibilities Lead and develop Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Supplier Quality, Metrology/Lab, and Quality Systems teams. Manage and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness. Track, analyze, and report quality KPIs while driving corrective and preventive action initiatives. Partner with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and customers to resolve product and process quality concerns. Support product development and manufacturing activities through quality planning and risk mitigation. Lead continuous improvement, lessons learned, and root cause analysis activities to improve quality performance. Ensure quality standards are maintained across all organizational levels and manufacturing operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred. Associate degree with relevant quality certifications and experience will also be considered. 7+ years of experience in an automotive manufacturing environment with a proven track record in quality management. 2+ years of leadership or management experience within a manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of quality systems, corrective actions, continuous improvement methodologies, and customer quality requirements.
