Job Description
Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Quality Manager to lead and manage quality operations within our server manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for ensuring that products, manufacturing processes, and quality systems meet company requirements, customer expectations, and applicable industry standards. The Quality Manager will lead quality improvement initiatives, oversee quality control activities, manage customer quality concerns, support internal and external audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing and product quality issues. Mandatory Experience Requirements A minimum of five years of quality management or relevant quality leadership experience is required. Direct experience in the server manufacturing industry is required. Work Authorization The company does not provide employment visa sponsorship, including H-1B sponsorship, for this position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship. Responsibilities Lead and manage quality assurance and quality control activities within the server manufacturing operation. Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems, procedures, work instructions, inspection standards, and quality control plans. Ensure manufacturing processes and products comply with customer requirements, company standards, and applicable ISO requirements. Manage and develop the Quality team, including assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, providing training, and supporting professional development. Monitor key quality metrics and establish corrective actions to improve product quality and manufacturing performance. Lead root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action activities using quality tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, FMEA, 8D, and Pareto Analysis. Investigate manufacturing defects, customer complaints, returns, and recurring quality issues, and ensure timely resolution. Serve as the primary quality contact for customers and communicate effectively regarding quality requirements, issues, corrective actions, and improvement plans. Lead and support customer audits, internal audits, supplier audits, and quality system audits. Work closely with Production, Engineering, NPI, Supply Chain, and other departments to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement. Support new product introduction and ensure quality requirements are properly implemented before mass production. Oversee supplier quality performance and coordinate corrective actions for supplier-related issues. Maintain accurate quality records, audit documentation, corrective action reports, and other quality-related documents. Provide quality-related training to employees and promote a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement. Perform other quality management responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in server manufacturing is mandatory. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Strong knowledge of server manufacturing processes, product quality requirements, quality control systems, and production environments. Experience managing customer quality issues, corrective actions, customer complaints, and quality improvement initiatives. Experience leading a Quality team and working with cross-functional departments. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other applicable quality management systems and industry standards. Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies, including
