Job Description

Overview Founded in South Korea in 2002, Doota IT has since been operating in over 50 customer sites worldwide. With our Round Rock office launching in 2019 we have the ability to offer the best of both worlds: the agility of a start-up and the stability of an enterprise. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field QA/QC Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all required quality standards and specifications are met per the client's standards. The Field QA/QC Manager will work closely with the project team to ensure that all quality control procedures are followed and that all work is completed to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards Identify and report any quality issues or non-conformances Work with the project team, site supervisor, master electrician, and other stakeholders to develop corrective action plans Provide training and support to project team members on quality control procedures Ensure that all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner Liaise with clients and other stakeholders on quality control matters If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for quality control and a proven track record of success, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Requirements:
3+ years of experience in quality assurance/control in the electrical/telecommunications industry. Electrical License Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g.
ISO 9001, ISO 14001
) Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail, with a focus on identifying and resolving issues Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Six sigma certified, preferred.
NESC, OSHA, ANSI
certifications, preferred Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams) This is a full-time, onsite position requiring attendance five days per week. This is an active construction environment, and the role will be based in a trailer alongside the construction and electrical team. You will have the opportunity to work in the newest and largest semiconductor manufacturing facility in Texas!
