2958771574-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Sky Chefs is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee food safety and product quality in our inflight catering facility. In this on-site role, you will supervise daily QA activities, conduct inspections of production and storage areas, and ensure strict adherence to HACCP, sanitation, and aviation standards. You will investigate non-conformances, manage customer complaint follow-up, and maintain accurate QA documentation. Partnering closely with operations, culinary, and logistics teams, you will lead staff training, support audits, and drive continuous improvement to deliver safe, consistent meals for major airline customers worldwide. Responsibilities Supervise daily quality assurance activities in inflight catering operations Implement and monitor food safety, HACCP, and sanitation standards Conduct inspections of production, packaging, and storage areas Investigate quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints Train and coach staff on quality procedures and regulatory requirements Maintain QA records, reports, and audit documentation Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections Collaborate with operations, culinary, and logistics teams to resolve issues Identify process improvements to enhance product quality and consistency Ensure compliance with airline, company, and aviation safety standards Required Skills Quality assurance and control Food safety and HACCP implementation Regulatory compliance (FDA/USDA/aviation) Internal auditing and inspections Root cause analysis and CAPAData entry and QA documentation MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Team leadership and staff training Process improvement and SOP development Time management in fast-paced operations
