Position Summary:

We are seeking a Quality Manager to ensure our operations meet and exceed all regulatory standards through proactive auditing, risk management, and continuous process improvement. This is an on-site, full-time role based at our Hildale, Utah facility. The right candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and driven to maintain non-negotiable quality and safety across our products, materials, and processes.

Pay:

$25 - $30 an hour + performance based bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits across departments to identify compliance gaps, manage risks, and ensure swift implementation of corrective actions (CAPA). Analyze operational processes to eliminate inefficiencies and maintain strict adherence to 21 CFR Part 111, 21 CFR Part 117, and OSHA standards. Train and empower team members on cGMP expectations, hygiene standards, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate cross-functionally with Production, QA, and leadership, reporting directly to the VP of Quality Control. Maintain accurate compliance documentation, audit records, and ensure completion of Leader Standard Work.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; 3+ years of regulatory experience and quality audits. Strong technical knowledge of FDA standards (21 CFR 111 & 117) and OSHA requirements. PCQI qualification and formal HACCP training preferred. Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills (proficient in Google Workspace). Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to train others, build positive team relationships, and maintain high standards with an upbeat, constructive approach.
