is seeking a Quality Assurance/Testing Lead to join us.Duties and Responsibilities:
Test Strategy and Planning:
Develop a comprehensive test strategy and plan that aligns with the project goals and timelines. Define the scope of testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance testing. Identify and document test objectives, test cases, and test scripts. Experience creating test cases, user scenarios, test scripts Experience with JIRA is essential.Test Management:
Coordinate and manage all testing activities throughout the project lifecycle. Establish and maintain a test schedule, ensuring timely execution of test cases. Allocate resources and assign tasks to the testing team.Quality Assurance:
Implement QA processes and best practices to ensure the quality and reliability of the Workday ERP system. Conduct regular reviews and audits of testing activities and deliverables. Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.Defect Management:
Establish a defect management process to track, prioritize, and resolve issues identified during testing. Collaborate with development and functional teams to ensure timely resolution of defects. Provide regular updates on defect status and testing progress to stakeholders.Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the State's project manager, oversight project manager, business process transformation vendor, system implementation vendor, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on testing objectives and requirements. Facilitate communication between the testing team and other functional teams. Prepare and present test reports and quality metrics to project stakeholders.Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and issues related to testing and quality assurance. Develop mitigation strategies to address identified risks. Monitor and report on risk status throughout the project.Continuous Improvement:
Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. Implement lessons learned and best practices from previous projects to improve future testing effortsQualifications Additional Requirements:
Proven experience as a Test and QA Lead in ERP implementations, preferably with Workday. Strong understanding of testing methodologies and QA processes. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Successful completion of a Fingerprint background investigation.Min Citizenship Status Required:
