End Delivery Ownership:

Responsible for delivery from requirements, architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment Manage the complete project from a technical delivery perspective Ensure delivery commitments are met across timelines, quality, and cost

Planning & Estimation:

Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) Estimate effort, plan delivery schedules, resources, and cost Track progress closely and take corrective actions when required

Risk & Issue Management:

Identify risks proactively across delivery, technical, and operational dimensions Define and drive mitigation plans Escalate issues early and support recovery / get well plans

Stakeholder & Client Management:

Clearly articulate problem statements with clear and crisp communication Engage and negotiate effectively with multiple stakeholders Provide delivery clarity and transparency to senior stakeholders

Team Leadership:

Provide technical guidance and leadership to large delivery teams Drive alignment across development, testing, and cross functional teams Ensure delivery discipline and accountability

Governance & Financial Accountability:

Overall responsibility for project cost, schedule commitments, and resource utilization Ensure accurate delivery status tracking and reporting Support delivery governance and compliance expectations

Required Experience :

Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise application delivery Experience managing end to end delivery in complex IT environments Prior experience working in IT applications teams for enterprise clients

Primary Skills :

Microservices based application delivery Microsoft .NET Core (C#, ASP.NET Core) SQL Angular / front end frameworks Integration with Microsoft O365 ecosystem Secondary /

Preferred Skills :

Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to demonstrate thought leadership Experience working in Agile delivery environments Exposure to DevOps & CI/CD practices Familiarity with Microsoft Azure The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $48.54/hour
