Partners for Community Development, Inc. is a non-profit organization that focuses on social services programs and providing the best service to the community in energy assistance, residential energy conservation, housing rehabilitation, and home-buying assistance. Partners serves the Eastern Wisconsin counties of Brown, Door, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, Calumet, Sheboygan, Ozaukee, and Milwaukee.
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Weatherization Program Manager to lead our weatherization efforts in Milwaukee County . The Weatherization Program Manager will supervise a team responsible for energy audits, final inspections, quality control, production, scheduling, and equipment management. The successful candidate will ensure that all weatherization projects meet production goals within budget and adhere to quality standards set by the Wisconsin Department of Administration (DOA) and other regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, direct, and oversee daily operations of the Weatherization Program, including audits, inspections, job scheduling, and administration. Supervise and manage field staff, ensuring quality work in line with Wisconsin Weatherization Program standards. Ensure program compliance with
DOA-DEHCR
contracts, state regulations, and quality control guidelines. Monitor program budgets, ensure resource efficiency, and oversee the procurement of tools, equipment, and materials. Collaborate with contractors and sub-contractors to ensure quality service delivery and timely project completion. Provide technical support and training to staff, ensuring professional growth and adherence to best practices.
Qualifications:
Experience in building science, carpentry, weatherization, or related fields. Strong project management and leadership skills with experience supervising a team. Familiarity with state and federal energy conservation programs and regulations. BPI Energy Auditor and Quality Control Inspector credentials strongly preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills. Valid Wisconsin driver's license with a good driving record. An Equal Opportunity Employer Working Under an Affirmative Action Planr.
