PROMAN Staffing has partnered with our global packaging client to source and hire a Quality Manager to join their team in Newell, WV. This is a direct hire opportunity, and our client will provide relocation assistance for qualified candidates. The Quality Manager will lead all aspects of the plant's quality program, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, regulatory standards, GMPs, and internal quality systems. This leadership role is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing customer and supplier quality relationships, overseeing quality control processes, and leading the plant quality team. As a key member of the management team, the Quality Manager will also support overall plant safety, operational excellence, and efficiency goals. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the plant's quality assurance and quality control programs. Drive customer complaint resolution, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with GMPs, certifications, sanitation requirements, and customer audit standards. Develop, implement, and monitor process control points and inspection systems. Partner with Operations, Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, and suppliers to maintain quality standards. Hire, train, and develop quality personnel. Communicate plant quality performance and customer requirements throughout the organization. Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence across the facility. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent quality management experience. Minimum 5 years of quality leadership experience within a manufacturing environment preferred. Strong knowledge of quality systems, process controls, corrective actions, and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Up to 25% travel may be required
