PART-TIME QUALITY CONTROL & WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
Counselman Automotive Recycling is looking for a dependable, self-motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Quality Control & Warehouse Associate. This is an active, hands-on position responsible for inspecting automotive parts, verifying orders, unloading our transfer trailer, and loading a 26-foot box truck for nightly deliveries. The right candidate will have a strong eye for detail, take pride in protecting our inventory, and understand that proper loading is essential to getting every part to our customers safely and damage-free.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect automotive parts for quality, accuracy, cleanliness, and visible damage Verify that each part matches its paperwork and assigned delivery route Sort, mark, and organize automotive parts efficiently Help unload parts from the incoming transfer trailer Safely load and secure parts inside a 26-foot box truck Arrange parts in a way that prevents shifting or damage during transportation Confirm that all parts assigned to each route are accounted for Identify and report missing, incorrect, or damaged parts before loading Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
The Ideal Candidate:
Is dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Has excellent attention to detail Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment Is safety-minded and careful when handling parts Is organized and able to follow established procedures Is comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift Understands the importance of protecting company inventory Works well with others and communicates clearly when a problem is found Automotive parts knowledge is helpful but not required. We are willing to train someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and committed to doing the job correctly.
Schedule:
Part-time Monday-Friday 12:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. Why Join Counselman Automotive Recycling?
