Hot Springs, AR Compensation :
$21.42 / hour with $.50 increases after 90 and 180 days with completion of successful review
Schedule :
6:00 am - 6:00 pm on a 2-2-3 rotation; day shift Benefits of working for

Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot basic water processing functionality: pumps, valves, piping, etc.
Troubleshoot water sanitation equipment:
CIP system, etc. Support water bottling and packaging processes, primarily QA and food safety testing Ensure all lines and all processes are validated according to compliance standards Complete basic laboratory testing: pH, turbidity, conductivity, etc. Plating of micro samples Create spiked samples to test proficiency Daily review of quality data from operators Manage water sensory (taste and odor) evaluations Adhere to site safety and quality KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) Support site and corporate quality initiatives Communicate results, deviations, and improvement plans to co-workers and other team members Provide QA training support for QA operators
Qualifications:
College level education desired, relevant pursuit of study in a related area a plus Prior experience performing basic laboratory procedures Exposure to Quality Assurance or Production in a food or beverage processing facility is preferred but not required Ability to work self-directed and with a team S olid communication and interpersonal skills with experience working in a team-based environment Experience with sanitation and microbiological control systems preferred Familiarity with food safety and food defense requirements, audit and regulatory environments, microbiological testing, MI and other manufacturing control systems Ability to interact with various internal contacts to manage the flow of work Exposure to Fluid processing and the principles of sanitation science Understanding of good manufacturing practices and HACCP principles Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft applications, SAP experience a plus Focus on safe work practices and high quality while executing duties with a sense of urgency Ability to troubleshoot and make independent decisions related to quality and operation excellence Ability to move/lift 40 lbs and stand on your feet for long periods of time throughout the day Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members.
