Job Title:
Quality Inspector Job Description As a Quality Inspector, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and compliance. You will be responsible for conducting audits, inspections, and collaborating with various teams to address quality issues throughout the product lifecycle. Your ability to communicate findings and manage quality assurance/control tools will contribute to the overall success of our operations.
Shifts Available:
6am-2:30pm M-F 5am-5:30pm F-Su (includes a 10% differential) Responsibilities Conduct audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle. Communicate quality issues and findings effectively to stakeholders. Participate in meetings and presentations to share information and updates. Manage Material Review Board (MRB) meetings. Review equipment calibration, validation, and maintenance records. Essential Skills 3+ years of experience in manufacturing. Strong understanding of quality inspection in manufacturing processes. Proficiency in using precision measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Excellent visual acuity and ability to identify even minor defects. Familiarity with industry quality standards and regulations. Ability to interpret data and identify trends for quality improvement initiatives. Additional Skills & Qualifications Effective communication with production personnel, quality management, and other stakeholders. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Clear and accurate record-keeping of inspection results. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Why Work Here?
