$23.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on experience

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00

PM Location:

Azusa, CA Responsibilities Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections. Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications. Perform First Article Inspections (FAI/FAIR) and maintain accurate inspection records. Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials or products. Maintain calibration records for inspection equipment. Assist with returned product (RMA) inspections and processing. Support PPAP, APQP, and continuous improvement activities. Work closely with Engineering and Purchasing to identify and resolve quality issues. Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate quality documentation. Follow established quality procedures and company standards. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications. Experience using precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges. Working knowledge of GD&T, First Article Inspection (FAI/FAIR), PPAP, and APQP. Experience with 3D measuring equipment or scanners is a plus. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Automotive or manufacturing industry experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
