Quality Assurance Technician Nugredient Solutions, LLC Ceres, CA Job Details $22 - $24 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Food production Food processing plant experience GMP Manufacturing facility experience Production documentation Cross-functional communication Full Job Description Responsibilities Responsible for enforcing Quality Assurance and Food Safety policies and procedures Responsible for ensuring production of consistent quality products that fulfill customer needs. Assists Production by monitoring daily Production paperwork and procedures. Collects finished product samples for QA and laboratory analysis. Including proper collection and storage of retain samples Performs and accurately reports Quality analysis on all finished product Performs and monitors weekly swabbing or any line swabbing as needed Performs CCP checks and maintains records. Works with Production to ensure that the manufacturing process meets all specification parameters as well as CCPs. Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and management promptly to prevent production delays. Responsibilities are not limited to the above mentioned and may include assisting other departments within reasonable and related tasks.
Qualifications and/or experience:
1.Previous experience with Food Plant GMP's. 2.Must be able to maintain records and reports. 3.Must be organized, self-managed and motivated 4.Needs to be a good communicator with all levels of employees. 5.Must be able to understand and perform CCP checks Quality Assurance Technician Responsible for monitoring Quality Assurance and Food Safety in the Facility. The QA Technician will work with all departments to monitor and implement Food Safety and Quality practices while maintaining accurate records and documentation.Career Insights for Quality Technician (General)
