Quality Technician KBJ Trading, LLC City of Industry, CA Job Details Full-time $20 - $25 an hour 7 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications Mandarin Writing skills High school diploma or GED Manufacturing facility experience Attention to detail Organizational skills Full Job Description Position Summary We are looking for a meticulous and hands-on Quality Technician to support our quality control activities, with an emphasis on inspecting, repairing, and documenting customer return products for our US market. This role is crucial for maintaining our high product quality standards. Key Responsibilities
•
Return Product Handling:
Support post-sales quality for US channels (AMAZON and COSTCO) by being responsible for the sorting, inspection, and basic repair/refurbishment of customer-returned defective products.
• Quality Inspection (Incoming/In-Process): Perform and document quality checks on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

Testing & Data Collection:
Conduct reliability tests, monitor production issues, and use precision measuring equipment to verify product characteristics.

Documentation & Reporting:
Accurately record all inspection and test outcomes. Assist the Quality Engineer in compiling and analyzing quality data and drafting test reports/documentation.

Production Support:
Work closely with the production and engineering teams to help troubleshoot and implement basic solutions for quality issues on the floor.
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:
1 to 3 years of related experience in Quality Control, Quality Inspection, or a similar manufacturing/technical role is preferred.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of quality control procedures and inspection processes. Ability to read and interpret specifications/instructions. Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred Benefits Health insurance/Dental/401k/Paid time off/Sick /Paid holiday
