Full Job Description Overview:
Element has an opportunity for a Quality Inspector (Fixed Term) to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of the operations team the Quality Inspector position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and ensures timely and accurate test results under direct supervision. The technician position must be proficient in a number of core business skills including but not limited to compliance to established safety rules, code of conduct, and company policies and procedures.Salary:
$22- $28/hrDOE Responsibilities:
Core responsibilities: Possess the ability to work alone throughout the work day with limited supervision Understand what must be completed each work day and takes the initiative to complete those tasks properly and timely - does not need Senior/Principal Technician or management to explain what the task is Ability to read and understand customer specifications and perform the testing or inspections required Able to set up and perform a variety of tests/inspections according to customer specifications under the supervision and technical input of Senior/Principal Skills /Qualifications:

Working knowledge of laboratory safety HS diploma or GED certificate preferred. College or vocational school coursework welcomed Proficiency with measuring equipment such as caliper, micrometer, and height gages 0-2 years' experience in a testing related field Basic understanding of testing concepts Possess computer skills. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry a plusPhysical Demands:
