Woodworking Full Job Description Position Overview:

This is not a desk-only inspection role. We're looking for someone who can move between departments, step in where needed, and help keep jobs running smoothly from the shop to the job site. The right person has a sharp eye for detail, takes pride in clean, finished work, and isn't afraid to jump in and get their hands dirty.

Responsibilities:

Inspect cabinetry for quality, fit, and finish before delivery or installation Perform fine-tuning, adjustments, and touch-ups to ensure a high-end final product Assist across departments as needed (shop, finish, install prep) Help prep jobs for install, including hardware checks and final detailing Load/unload trucks and organize materials for upcoming jobs Perform routine shop maintenance and help keep work areas clean and efficient Identify issues early and work with the team to correct them before they become problems

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or construction preferred Ability to handle a variety of tasks and shift priorities throughout the day Comfortable with touch-up work, adjustments, and problem-solving on the fly Ready to work in shop AND go out to job sites Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude Physically capable of lifting materials and working in a shop/field environment

Pay:

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
