Continuous improvement Certified Quality Engineer Full Job Description Quality Assurance Inspector Inspect incoming materials (wire, connectors, hardware, labels, components) to verify correct part numbers, quantity, condition, and certifications. Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections to ensure assemblies meet drawings, work instructions, and customer specifications. Check workmanship standards including wire stripping, crimping, soldering, labeling, routing, shielding, molding, and overall appearance. Conduct or verify electrical testing such as continuity, hipot, insulation resistance, and pin-to-pin checks. Use measuring and test equipment including calipers, multimeters, microscopes, and pull testers as required. Complete quality records including inspection reports, test results, nonconformance reports, and traceability documentation. Identify defective or nonconforming product, segregate affected material, and communicate issues to production or management. Support compliance with

IPC/WHMA-A-620, ISO 9001

/ AS9100, customer requirements, and continuous improvement efforts. Perform other quality-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering. Experience with reliability reporting. ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).
