Job Description

Job Summary Pacific Sky Supply, Inc. is an aerospace manufacturer located in the Sun Valley, CA area seeking a CMM Programmer - PC - DMIS that meets the following criteria described below;
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain CMM programs using PC-DMIS Perform dimensional inspections and analyze measurement results Work closely with Quality and Manufacturing to resolve dimensional issues Support First Article Inspections (FAI) and production inspection requirements Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements Help improve inspection processes and reduce CMM inspection bottlenecks Experience with aerospace manufacturing and AS9100 quality systems is a plus. Strong communication skills set with internal and external parties as needed. Assists with other Quality personnel in completing any assigned task as required.
Required qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of CMM programming experience Strong experience with PC-DMIS Ability to create, modify, and troubleshoot CMM inspection programs Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints Excellent understanding of
ASME Y14.5 GD&T
Experience inspecting aerospace or precision-machined components preferred Ability to understand inspection requirements, tolerances, datums, and geometric controls Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and support Production and Quality teams Occasional reaching, walking lifting to (30) pounds without any equipment assistance. Ability to sit for a total of up to 9 hours a day. Ability to type for a total of up to 9 hours a day. Alternative schedule hours:
7:00am - 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Thursday and 7:00am - 11:00am Friday.

From $83,200.00 per year
