Technical knowledge of production and quality control processesKnowiedge of quality regulationsReview NCR and coordinate MRB for disposition. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Prior experience as quality inspector is preferred. Basic experience in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel. Previous familiarity with general administrative/clerical tasks. Ability to have good communication skills, preferably Bilingual in English and Spanish. Basic math and measurement skills.
Microscopy Full Job Description Key Responsibilities :
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with quality control methods, tools, and equipment, such as callpers, gauges, and microscopes. Ensures the quality and integrity of welds by inspecting, testing, and documenting work according to industry standards and specifications. Preparing detailed inspection reports and maintaining accurate records of all welding activities Inspect Products:
Conduct visual and measurement tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications. Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and report findings. Detect and evaluate product issues. Perform testing or inspection of raw materials and/or products at various stages of the production process, in accordance with established quality standards Perform tests and inspections of raw materials and/or products at different stages of the production process, evaluating aspects such as dimensions according to established quality criteria.
