Job Description

Now Hiring Electronics Assembler/Solderer and Electronic QC Inspectors to work in
Moorpark, CA Assembler/Solderer Schedule:
4/10 schedule Morning shift
Pay:
$21 - $24
DOE Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Assemble SMT and TH components on various types of printed circuit boards, using hand-held soldering stations. Rework and install fine pitch components under microscope magnification. Identify component types and polarities. Read and utilize Bill of Materials (BOM) and Assembly Drawings. Keep area clean and free of all non-essential tools and components. Understand and adhere to
ESD & ISO
procedures. Must be able to solder RoHS and Non-RoHS. Ensure quality of work/product is maintained to standards. Must be capable of performing solder touch ups. Knowledge of IPC-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies (experience required)
IPC-7711
Rework of Electronic Assemblies (experience required) Capable of following process on travelers and providing input for DFM. Represent company in a professional, ethical, and socially responsible manner. Other duties and responsibilities not listed above may be added.

Responsibilities:
Perform
FIRST ARTICLE
inspection for all level boards and record results. Perform
INCOMING
inspections for all level boards and components and record results Perform FINAL inspections of completed assemblies in accordance with procedures and requirements and record results Ensure accuracy of test equipment by checking against standards Review and sign company certifications as required Check returned/rejected material for status Perform random check of in-process jobs as necessary Maintain process and swiftness of department yields and accuracy Maintain quality records relating to all inspection activities Follow instructions with great care and precision

Must be able to understand, speak and read English. As well as articulate any issues that arise while working on a PCBA. 2+ year of manufacturing experience and 2+ years soldering PCBA's preferred. Experience with use of hot air rework stations.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
QC Inspectors Education and/or experience:
Knowledge of product, ISO process, IPC A610 Latest Revision, J-STD-01 Latest revision Experience with sampling techniques Experience with measuring equipment Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and instructions General computer knowledge (locating & opening and updating files) MS Excel (enter info and format cells) Basic math skills. Ability to Speak, Write, Read and understand English Good communications skills
Physical Requirements:
Good Eyesight visual acuity test required periodically Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
