Full Job Description Schedule:

Shift Pay:
$30-$35 per hour Monday-Friday 7:00a-3:30p
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to join a precision manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience programming and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T, and inspecting precision-machined components to ensure they meet customer and quality specifications.
Responsibilities:
Create, edit, and optimize CMM inspection programs Program CMMs using software such as PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar Inspect precision-machined components using CMM equipment Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T Develop inspection plans based on customer drawings and specifications Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections Use precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and gauges Analyze measurement results and generate detailed inspection reports Identify dimensional or quality issues and communicate findings to Engineering and Quality teams Assist with troubleshooting machining and inspection issues Maintain accurate inspection documentation and records Follow quality, safety, and company procedures
Qualifications:
Previous CMM programming experience required Experience with PC-DMIS, Calypso, MCOSMOS, or similar CMM software Strong understanding of GD&T Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings Experience inspecting tight-tolerance machined components Knowledge of aerospace, medical device, or precision manufacturing is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
Preferred Experience:
CNC machining environment Aerospace or medical manufacturing
AS9100/ISO
quality systems First Article Inspection / AS9102 CAD model interpretation Experience with Zeiss, Hexagon, Mitutoyo, or similar CMM equipment
Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
