40.0 Responsibilities Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, GMP requirements, labeling standards, and retailer compliance guidelines Coordinate third-party laboratory testing programs and review test results Support FDA registrations, regulatory submissions, and compliance documentation Qualify suppliers and oversee GMP and social compliance audits Manage corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programs and quality deviations Lead quality and compliance activities associated with new product launches Review product ingredients, labels, packaging, and claims for regulatory compliance Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and implement necessary process updates Serve as the primary quality and regulatory contact for retail customers Maintain private-label, retailer, and regulatory documentation Partner cross-functionally with Product Development, Operations, Purchasing, Sales, and Suppliers Provide project status updates and proactively mitigate compliance risks Requirements Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Regulatory Compliance Experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Cosmetics, OTC, Medical Device, or related industries Strong understanding of FDA regulations, GMP requirements, and compliance programs Excellent root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and project management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
