We operate in 33 locations, 12 countries and 3 Continents, maintaining the highest standard of quality in both our products and services. We refine the classics, develop the unknown and grow constantly - sometimes beyond our own expectations.
Responsibilities:
Monitors CCP (critical control point) and temperature record, follows up or escalates as necessary. Completes internal food safety audits and prepares samples for microbiological testing. Maintains quality assurance filing system. Investigates customer complaints and maintains and makes recommendation for improvement for the facility's traceability system. Assists in internal and external audits. Assists in monitoring and makes recommendations for improvement for the facilities cleaning schedule. Maintains records for facility hygiene. Maintains records for employee training and retains and track renewals for food safety certifications. Delivers food safety training as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred 1 - 3 years of experience. preferably in a hospitality, food production environment, catering establishment within floor monitoring, food safety and quality parameters Good computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook) Knowledge in HACCP, ISO, and food safety systems Food Safety Certification, state specific if applicable HACCP Certified preferred Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures. Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.
