$70,000•$85,000 per year Job Details•
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform dimensional and visual inspections of manufactured components Inspect incoming materials, production parts, and finished products Utilize precision measurement tools to verify product specifications Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records Identify and document nonconforming materials and products Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions Support first article and in process inspections Work closely with production and engineering to resolve quality concerns Monitor manufacturing processes for compliance with quality standards Assist with calibration and verification of inspection equipment Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
Previous quality inspection or Quality Technician experience in manufacturing Experience using precision measurement tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Knowledge of dimensional inspection techniques Understanding of manufacturing quality processes Experience documenting inspection results and quality findings Strong ability to identify defects and specification deviations
NICE TO HAVES
