Job Description

Position Summary Acuren is seeking a QHSE Coordinator to support operations in Santa Ana, CA. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and quality compliance support to NDT Level III personnel. This role ensures regulatory adherence, maintains equipment and technician certifications, and manages client quality documentation. Responsibilities
  • Assist with NADCAP documentation, client audits, and internal quality reviews.
  • Navigate and resolve client quality compliance issues and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
  • Review, interpret, and navigate technical specifications, standards, and operating procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FAA requirements and company drug testing protocols.
  • Support Level III personnel with technical course preparation, certification paperwork, and examination requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain Level II audit logs and certification renewal intervals.
  • Track equipment calibration schedules and log accurate compliance dates in Pangea software.
  • Respond promptly to client requests, coordinate inquiries, and complete technical quality surveys.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks to optimize NDT laboratory workflows. Requirements
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily reporting and tracking.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an NDT or aerospace quality environment.

As per applicable state law the job posting pay range is $21.63-34.13/hr depending on experience and applicable certifications.
