Duties Job descriptionPolycoat Products is looking for a QC Technician to join the Cold Cast team. We are looking for someone who is well organized and is eager to learn and work in a fast-paced industrial environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform quality control testing on liquid samples created/supplied/manufactured by the production department. Calculate test results, log and report results in a timely manner Prepare and test analytical measurements such as titrations, moisture content, viscosity etc. Calibrate instruments as needed Maintaining equipment in proper working order and maintain a clean work area Practice safe work habits, including complying with all safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations Filing and organize all reports and paperwork pertaining to work
Qualifications:
Degree in Chemistry or related field Knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to understand SOPs and be able to clearly communicate with other team members Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask and work collaboratively and independently Ability to perform physically demanding work such as moving and lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for long periods of time Punctuality and dependable attendance are essential Pay rate is upon experience.
